This rectangular all-aluminum cooling core is developed for universal medium-power screw air compressors, adopting four-corner independent square mounting lugs for stable vertical installation. Fluid interfaces are split on two side headers: one large main port on the left, plus one air port and two oil ports vertically arranged on the right frame. Dense horizontal parallel fins are molded via integral vacuum brazing to form mutually independent oil cooling and air cooling flow channels, finishing dual-medium heat dissipation in one unit. Bare aluminum surface retains optimal heat transfer performance, with port bore size and overall dimensions customizable for different series compressor OEM matching.
